1. Licences pour les photos anciennes
Toutes les photos publiées avant le 1er novembre 2025 restent sous licence limitée à 12 mois, quel que soit le moment de l’achat.
- Usage éditorial ou commercial limité à 12 mois.
- Après 12 mois, une nouvelle licence doit être achetée pour continuer à utiliser la photo légalement.
2. Licences pour les photos nouvelles
Toutes les photos publiées à partir du 1er novembre 2025 sont proposées avec licence illimitée dans le temps, mais limitée à un seul projet.
- Usage éditorial : presse, web, réseaux sociaux, expositions ou projets éducatifs.
- Usage commercial : publicité, marketing, merchandising, vidéos, films, publications, etc., sous réserve d’obtenir les autorisations nécessaires pour les marques, modèles ou droits tiers.
3. Usage éditorial et commercial
- Éditorial : illustrer ou documenter un contenu informatif, culturel ou éducatif (articles, blogs, magazines, expositions, documentaires).
- Commercial : promouvoir, vendre ou représenter un produit, un service ou une marque (publicité, packaging, merchandising, films, vidéos, livres, magazines).
4. Responsabilité
L’acheteur est responsable de l’obtention des autorisations pour tout élément protégé par des droits tiers dans les usages commerciaux.
Impact European Photo Agency ne peut être tenue responsable en cas de non-obtention de ces autorisations.

1. Licenses for Old Photos
All photos published before November 1, 2025 remain under a 12-month limited license, regardless of the purchase date.
Editorial or commercial use is limited to 12 months.
After 12 months, a new license must be purchased to continue using the photo legally.

All photos published from November 1, 2025 are offered with a lifetime license, limited to a single project.
Editorial use: press, web, social media, exhibitions, or educational projects.
Commercial use: advertising, marketing, merchandising, videos, films, publications, etc., provided that all necessary permissions for brands, models, or third-party rights are obtained.
3. Editorial and Commercial Use
Editorial: Illustrate or document informative, cultural, or educational content (articles, blogs, magazines, exhibitions, documentaries).
Commercial: Promote, sell, or represent a product, service, or brand (advertising, packaging, merchandising, films, videos, books, magazines).
4. Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for obtaining permissions for any third-party rights elements in commercial use.
Impact European Photo Agency cannot be held liable if such permissions are not obtained.
